So no more excuses, even if you are a beginner. With the help of this tutorial , anyone can easily create an adorable turtle drawing thanks to the keys we will give you!
Let's start now!
To make your learning easier, we have divided this tutorial into 9 parts.
To begin this drawing, we need to draw the outline of the turtle's head. This marine animal has fine lines, so there's no need to overcomplicate things. Simply create a rounded shape in the center of your sheet.
PART 1 : The shape of the shell
Use your pencil to draw an oval shape in the middle of your paper. This will later represent the turtle's shell.

PART 2 : Draw a line
As below, manually draw a line 1/3 of the way through the oval shape.

PART 3 : Draw the shape of the head
Erase the bottom part with an eraser , then try to make a nice circle on the right end (it will represent the turtle's head).

PART 4 : Draw the neck
Draw the turtle's neck by connecting the head to the shell with a single line as shown below.

PART 5 : Draw pretty eyes and a tail
Start by drawing the left eye, then erase the line on the face with an eraser to create the right eye. Complete the eyes with pretty rounded pupils. Give it a beautiful smile and finish step 5 with a pencil stroke to add a cute little tail.

PART 6 : Reproduce the legs
Now let's tackle the legs! Try creating some nice shapes under the shell to represent the legs and connect the left to the right with a line.

PART 7 : Create a pretty hat!
Use your eraser to erase the top of the skull to create a cute hat! Finish the step by drawing "horizontal" lines on the shell.

PART 8 : Animate your turtle by creating details
To create a more realistic and cheerful shell , draw a few circles in the middle of it. Let your creativity run wild if you're feeling inspired! Now we're going to tackle one of the trickiest parts. We're talking about an accessory that isn't essential but will add a charming touch to your turtle. It's the little flower on the side of the hat. To create it, erase the left side of the hat and draw a sunflower flower like the one below.

PART 9 : Bring in some color
It's almost done! Now you need to bring your pet to life. To do this, use colored pencils or markers to color the turtle according to your tastes and preferences. This will make your turtle unique and successful!

And there you have it, your drawing is finished! We hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it helpful.
